Overview
Wax Cache is inventory software for physical card collections. It mirrors where your cards actually live: locations, boxes, cards, QR labels, values, and shareable views.
Your shelf is the source of truth. Wax Cache gives every real location, real box, and real card a digital record that can be searched, scanned, shared, and, on paid plans, valued or exported.

Home
Daily command center for collection totals, quick actions, selling status, recent additions, momentum, and market movers.
Collection
Desktop workspace for boxes, card tables, filters, card details, QR labels, and paid bulk actions or imports.
Scan
Mobile-first card capture and QR scanning. Choose Sports, TCG, or Slab, then review OCR suggestions before saving.
Search
Mobile retrieval surface for finding a card, player, set, box, or location when you are standing near your collection.
Profile
Account identity, plan state, public collection settings, paid data export, eBay seller setup, support, and security links.
Recommended first pass
Create one location
Name the real place: Bedroom, Closet, Office shelf, Card show case, or whatever you would say out loud.
Create one box
Name the digital box after the physical container. Keep it boring and literal.
Add a small batch of cards
Scan or upload a few cards into that box. Review the suggestions before saving.
Print a QR label
Attach the label to the matching physical box so you can jump back to it later.
