Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wax Cache (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Wax Cache is a digital inventory management system for sports cards and trading card game (TCG) collections. Depending on your device, plan, account state, and connected services, the Service may allow you to:

• Organize cards into digital boxes that mirror your physical storage
• Track box locations and card details
• Generate QR codes for physical boxes
• Search and retrieve cards from your collection
• Share read-only views of boxes via public links
• Import and export supported collection data
• Use marketplace, pricing, seller, listing, and analytics workflows

Some features are limited to specific plans, purchase channels, account states, usage limits, or connected services.

Market Data and eBay Links

Wax Cache may show market context, eBay-based estimates, and quick links to third-party marketplaces, including eBay.

• Price estimates are informational only and are not appraisals, guarantees, or financial advice
• Marketplace listing data can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate
• Wax Cache may use affiliate links for marketplace navigation, including eBay
• Wax Cache is an official eBay affiliate
• Wax Cache does not control eBay seller policies, shipping, return, payment, inventory location, account approval, or Seller Hub requirements

If Wax Cache helps you create or publish marketplace listings, marketplace requirements, seller policies, account restrictions, and compliance obligations are controlled by the marketplace provider and remain your responsibility.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use Wax Cache, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update account information to keep it accurate

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscriptions and Billing

Plans

Wax Cache offers a Free tier and the paid Hobby plan with monthly and annual billing options where available. Current web pricing is shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Prices, taxes, free access availability, platform fees, and billing options may vary by purchase channel, country, currency, promotion, or app-store rules.

Free Tier

Free includes desktop and mobile app access with limited features. Free currently includes:

• Core inventory management for your own data
• Up to 25 cards
• 1 location and 1 box
• Desktop and mobile apps
• Single card scan
• Search
• QR codes for cards and boxes
• Public sharing for your own card, box, and profile links
• Read, edit, and delete existing inventory

Free does not include:

• Bulk scan/upload
• CSV/import workflows
• Bulk actions, including multi-select move, delete, QR, listing, pricing, and similar tools
• Exports
• Reports and analytics
• eBay listing tools
• AI import assist
• Auto pricing
• Manual pricing or pricing controls
• Unlimited cards, boxes, locations, and scans

The 25 card cap counts card quantity, not just card rows. For example, one card record with quantity 10 counts as 10. Sold or removed cards do not count toward the cap. Existing over-limit Free users can still view, edit, and delete existing data, but they cannot add cards, boxes, locations, or increase quantity until they are under the cap or upgrade.

Paid Subscriptions

Hobby unlocks paid features and higher or unlimited limits where offered, including:

• Unlimited cards, boxes, locations, and scans
• Bulk scan/upload, CSV/import workflows, bulk actions, and exports
• Reports, analytics, eBay listing tools, AI import assist, auto pricing, and manual pricing controls

Billing and Cancellation

• Hobby subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the option selected at checkout
• Subscriptions may be purchased through our website via Stripe or through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, where available
• Payments are processed by the applicable payment provider for your purchase channel
• If you purchased through our website, you may cancel and manage your subscription through the Wax Cache app's billing flow or Stripe portal
• If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must manage cancellation through the platform where you purchased your subscription
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• After your billing period ends, your account may return to Free access and paid-only features may no longer be available until you resubscribe

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, all charges are non-refundable and we do not offer voluntary or prorated refunds.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be submitted directly through the platform where the purchase was made and are subject to that platform's terms and policies.

For purchases made through our website, payments are processed by Stripe. Any billing disputes or chargeback rights remain subject to your card issuer's, bank's, payment network's, and Stripe's applicable procedures and rules.

Public Links and Sharing

When you enable a public link for a box:

• Anyone with the link may be able to view the shared box contents
• Shared pages are intended to be read-only
• You are responsible for what you choose to share and who you share it with
• You can disable public access at any time

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Use the service to store or share illegal content

Your Content

Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into Wax Cache. We claim no ownership over your collection data, card information, or box organization.

License to Us

By using Wax Cache, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and display your data within the service
• Generate QR codes and public sharing links as requested
• Process card images and OCR outputs to improve scan quality and extraction accuracy
• Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our service

Public Sharing

When you create public sharing links:

• Anyone with the link can view the shared box contents
• Shared content is read-only
• You can revoke public access at any time
• You are responsible for what you choose to share

Data Export and Portability

If your plan includes exports, you can export available collection records as CSV from the Service. Exports are intended for backup, analysis, and migration, but may not include every internal system field, derived field, provider record, or third-party billing/marketplace record. Free does not include exports.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the service
• Error-free operation
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

We may perform scheduled maintenance and will notify users in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Wax Cache is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of manually entered card values or market-based estimates
• We are not liable for lost or corrupted data (use export features regularly if your plan includes them)

Intellectual Property

The Wax Cache service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Reverse engineer or decompile our code
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on our service

Account Termination

By You

You may delete your account from Profile > Data or request help from support. Before deletion, export available collection data if your plan includes exports.

• You are responsible for exporting any data you want to keep where export access is available
• We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play must be canceled through that platform

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We are required to do so by law
• Continued use would cause harm to us or other users

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an email to your registered address

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state and country where Ark AI LLC is organized or has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
