The Wax Cache Partner Program is approval based. Applying does not guarantee approval. Approved partners receive a unique partner code from Wax Cache.
Partner codes provide eligible new customers 50% off their first month through Stripe web checkout only. The offer must be applied before the customer's first successful Stripe subscription payment.
Approved partners may earn 20% recurring commission or credit on eligible Stripe web subscription payments while the referred customer remains subscribed.
Partners must maintain an active Wax Cache Hobby membership on the account tied to their partner code. Partner codes may stop working and commissions may stop accruing if that membership is inactive, past due, canceled, free, or otherwise not in good standing.
App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, manual, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, free, comped, internally discounted, or non-Stripe subscriptions are not eligible unless Wax Cache says otherwise in writing.
Payouts are manual and may be paid monthly after the partner has at least $25 in unpaid eligible commissions. Partners are responsible for providing accurate payout information.
Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or billing corrections may reverse or void commissions.
Partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with Wax Cache whenever promoting the service, including when sharing a partner code, affiliate link, discount, review, testimonial, tutorial, paid placement, or compensated endorsement.
The disclosure must be accurate, easy to notice, easy to understand, and placed close to the promotion itself. Do not hide the disclosure only in a profile bio, separate page, footer, or terms link if the audience can see the promotion without seeing the disclosure.
Example wording may include “I may earn a commission if you subscribe with my code,” “affiliate code,” “paid partner,” or “#ad” when accurate for the format and platform. Partners are responsible for following FTC Endorsement Guides, platform rules, and any other laws that apply to their promotion.
Wax Cache may reject, pause, remove, or modify partners, partner codes, commission eligibility, payout rules, or the program itself at any time.
